  • Access your Profile via the bottom right of the tap bar
  • Click ‘My Account’
  • Scroll and select ‘Responsible Gambling’ or ‘Deposit Limit’
  • Here, you can elect to update your deposit limit by clicking the ‘Edit Deposit Limit’ button
  • Edit the deposit limit with a monetary amount and a period of 24hrs, 7 days or 30 days
  • Click ‘Set Deposit Limit’

Deposit limit periods are automatically recurring, once you have set a deposit limit period, it will run on a continuous cycle every 24hrs, 7 days or 30 days based on your selection. You can decrease your deposit limit at any time.

Simply follow these steps to access our Take A Break feature:

  • Ensure you are logged into Buddybet
  • Access your profile at the bottom right of the tap bar
  • Click ‘My Account’
  • Scroll and select ‘Responsible Gambling’
  • Click ‘Take A Break’
  • Select the period you wish to exclude yourself from Buddybet

When you take a break from Buddybet, you must uninstall and then re-install Buddybet and login to continue using your account, after the selected period has expired.

If you feel you are no longer able to control your gambling or gamble safely, we offer you the option to self-exclude from using our platform. You can self-exclude with us by:

  • Completing the Northern Territory Racing Commission Self-Exclusion Form

To permanently self-exclude through our app, follow the steps below:

  • Ensure you are logged into your account
  • Access your profile at the bottom right of the tap bar

  • Click ‘Self-Exclude’
  • After confirmation your account will be permanently self-excluded

If you would like to self-exclude from multiple wagering operators, the Northern Territory Racing Commission manages a multi-operator self-exclusion scheme for all wagering operators licensed in the Northern Territory.
