Who Will be the Next Bachelorette?

Ahhhh the Bachelorette – everyone’s favourite trash TV show. Love it or hate it, you must admit it can be quite addictive! One minute you swear you’re watching it as a joke, next minute you’re ditching dates IRL to tune into a date between two people you’ve never met before!

Every year the internet is buzzing with their predictions on who the next Bachelorette will be. It’s very rare that one of us regular people ever appear on the show, so you can almost count on the Bachelorette being somebody who is already in the public eye.

So, let’s take a look at our predictions for the next Bachelorette:

Cassidy McGill

Cassidy McGill appeared on the very first season of Love Island Australia. She started off as everyone’s favourite sweetheart and later turned into the infamous villain of the series.

Over time she has seemed to brush off the bad reputation by repairing her relationship with her fellow cast mates and developing a strong following! However, in the eyes of the public she is still seen as the villain and has not yet had the opportunity to change their minds.

Think of Abbie Chatfield. She was painted as the villain in her season of the Bachelor, and now look at her! She’s made her mark as a ‘say it how it is’ entrepreneur, killing it on radio and tv. All we’re saying is, there’s more layers to these people than the viewer-hungry media companies make out.

Cassidy appears to be single and ready to mingle, and it would be lovely to see her villain redemption arc in the eyes of the public!

Now that Ella is fresh out of MAFS, there is no better way to further her career than joining the Bachelorette.

Ella came out of MAFS as one of the audience’s favourites, for her calm and supportive nature. We cannot be the only ones who were screaming at our televisions when Mitch rejected her.

We’re slightly sceptical that this would be Ella’s thing after going through the trauma of the MAFS dinner parties (which got nothing on the Bachie cocktail parties).

There’s nothing better than watching good things happen to good people, so whatever Ella ends up doing we cannot wait to watch her thrive!

Georgia Hassarati

In a shocking turn of events, we have gone with yet another reality tv star. Georgia came in third place on the hit Netflix show ‘Too Hot to Handle’. She was described as a commitment-phobe who dates a lot of guys, then ghosts them after getting too bored of them (we wish we had that problem).

Throughout the show, Georgia went on a journey of self-growth and realised she needed to work on herself before pursuing any relationships. Now that a year has passed since filming and Georgia seems to still be single, we would love to see her find ‘real’ love (without any of the ghosting) on the Bachelorette!

Georgia has been pretty hush-hush about any type of romance as of late, so she may just be prepping to go on the show?
